Dr. Arash Golnam

Professor of Marketing and Entrepreneurship

Languages: Fluent in English, French, and Farsi

Dr. Arash Golnam works as a Scientific Collaborator for EPFL, School of Computer and Communications Sciences (I&C). He is also a member of Greenwood Strategic Advisors AG, an international firm that provides system dynamics modeling and simulation products and services.

Before joining academia, Dr. Golnam was Head of the International Projects Administration Office at the biggest commercial vehicle manufacturing company in the Middle East where he had the opportunity to work in large-scale technology transfer projects with world-class partners such as Daimler AG. He also worked as the Executive Advisor to the president of the society for R&D centers of the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade in Iran.

Dr. Golnam was named the 2010 Distinguished Researcher of the Year 2010 by Iran’s Ministry of Science and Technology. He is also a recipient of a research grant from the Swiss National Science Foundation. His areas of research are: systems thinking and modeling, system dynamics simulation, problem structuring, organizational decision making, and business model design. He has published in prestigious journals such as the Industrial Marketing Management Journal and has participated in international conferences such as the International Conference of System Dynamics Society.

He holds a Ph.D. in Management of Technology from EPFL a Master of Science in Industrial Management and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering – Systems Design and Analysis.

Dr. Alexander Pulte

Honorary Dean and Professor of Entrepreneurship, Business Law and Corporate Finance

Languages: Fluent in English, German, with some knowledge of Thai

Dr. Pulte completed his undergraduate studies in Germany and Italy. After doctoral studies at the University of Oxford (U.K.), he obtained Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and Doctor of Law (J.D.) degrees from Columbia University (USA). He also obtained a Certificate in International Business from the London School of Economics and a Certificate in International Law from the Parker School of Foreign and Comparative Law of Columbia University.

Dr. Pulte’s professional experience includes working as a media strategy consultant in London, as a Wall Street attorney in New York, and as a foreign legal advisor for the Supreme Court of Israel in Jerusalem. As a business consultant, he managed innovative ventures at internet start-ups, advised Hollywood studios on marketing strategies, and counseled the Government of Great Britain and the European Council on digital media policies. As a U.S. attorney, he advised international clients on multi-billion dollar mergers and capital market transactions, including the largest American utilities IPO to date (the merger of Germany’s second- and third-largest banks), and regular debt issuance by Goldman Sachs, the Federal Republic of Germany, and the Republic of Austria.

Currently, Dr. Pulte is based primarily in Thailand and Myanmar (Burma). He is actively involved in the current reform of Myanmar’s legal system and efforts to reestablish international education standards in the country after decades of neglect and active suppression. In 2014, he succeeded in establishing the first financial aid system for talented and underprivileged students at a private college in Myanmar. As part of his educational activities on behalf of UBIS, he also offers capacity building courses for members of the Myanmar Parliament and teacher training courses for faculty members of Yangon University’s Institute of Economics.


Dr. Viola Krebs

Dean and Professor of Business and International Relations

Languages: Fluent in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German and Italian, with some knowledge of Arabic

Dr. Viola Krebs joined UBIS in 2012. She is a Professor for topics ranging from International Business, Web Strategies, Intercultural Communication and People and Politics. After severing as the Dean for E-Learning in 2016, putting in place a new e-learning platform, she became the Dean of the University in 2017.

Dr. Krebs has 30 years of business experience. She has worked in both the public and the private sectors, including the World Economic Forum (WEF), Merrill Lynch, UBS SA and the United Nations International Strategy for Disaster Reduction (UNDRR). She is also the Founder of ICVolunteers, an international non-profit organization focusing on communications, which she directed for 15 years.

Dr. Krebs has lead numerous international projects in Europe, Africa, Asia and the Americas. Further, she has formally been involved in different UN summits and processes (World Summit on the Information Society, Strategy Council of the United Nations Global Alliance for ICT and Development, etc.).

Dr. Krebs is the author and editor of a number of articles and publications, focusing on communication and technology, globalization, migration and languages, bilingual education and the non-profit sector.

Dr. Krebs obtained a Ph.D. in Sciences of Information and Communications from the University of Strasbourg, France and a Master’s Degree in Sciences of Communication and Media from the University of Geneva, Switzerland. For her undergraduate studies she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities (Socio-Linguistics, Spanish and English) from the same University.


Bruno Meireles de Sousa

Lecturer of Strategy and Marketing

Languages: Portuguese native, fluent in English, Spanish, conversant in French and basic German, Dutch and Italian

Mr. Bruno Meireles de Sousa specializes in the fields of Strategy, Marketing (including deep knowledge of Branding & Communications), Innovation, International Commerce (expertise in Trade Finance and International Trading) and Go-to-Market for enterprises and start-ups.

He is currently involved in marketing, business development, innovation and digital transformation projects in the sectors of commodities, industrial products, agriculture, food, retail, education and sports. He also advises start-ups, incubators and accelerators in the fields of AgTech, FoodTech, FinTech, PropTech, SportsTech on subjects of strategy, business, marketing, marketing automation, lead generation and funding.

He has collaborated most recently with the Executive Committee of the AFC (member of FIFA) and in the past has worked in different senior global Marketing and Business positions for Cargill, one of the largest Agri, Food and Industrial Conglomerates in the world, as well as for Philips in their Lighting, Semiconductors and Consumer Electronics divisions.

Mr. Meireles de Sousa is a Ph.D. candidate in Strategic Management at ISCTE/IUL in Lisbon. He holds an Executive MBA in Business Management from ESSEC Business School, Paris, and a MS in Industrial Engineering from UNL/FCT, Lisbon.


Manoj Menon

Lecturer of Business Management

Manoj Menon, director, consultant, adviser, lecturer, educator has lived and worked in Vietnam for over 15 years. Starting his career as a professional accountant, he progressed through a high career track in finance & accounting over 25 years serving as Regional Accountant, Financial Controller, Finance Director and CFO for many large multinational companies like Schlumberger, Carlsberg, Morgan Stanley, Parker Hannifin and General Electric.

In 2012, he decided to pursue his passion for teaching by signing up as Visiting Lecturer for University of Economics, Ho Chi Minh City. Six years on, he has successfully taught courses in Accounting, Finance and Management at several Vietnamese Universities at both the Bachelor and Masters Level.

He currently teaches Finance subjects for the UBIS Program with IBM Institute Vietnam. He has completed Level 1 CFA Program and Level 3 CISI Program. He enjoys teaching Corporate Finance, Financial Markets & Institution and Financial & Management Accounting.

Besides teaching, he is quite active raising capital for projects in Vietnam and actively seeking out opportunities to share his knowledge and expertise in start-up projects, actively involved in education management projects and professional and vocational training projects. He is passionate about education and aspires to be a versatile educator extraordinaire. He plays tennis regularly though not anywhere close to Roger Federer!

He has Bachelor of Economics from Flinders University and an MBA in Finance and International Business from University of Newcastle.


Dr. Svetlana Mitereva

Assistant Dean Online and Professor of Research Methodologies, Finance and Economics

Dr. Svetlana Mitereva worked for the Moscow Government Investment Department, focusing on economic, statistical and financial analysis and reporting on stock exchange activity. Before that, she was an Economist for the Russian Aircraft Corporation and an Adjunct Professor for the Moscow Banking and Financial College.

As Special Economics Advisor to the CEO of ESCO, she developed and implemented energy saving and energy service strategies as a part of a regional program of energy services reform in Krasnodar and Ryazan.

She holds a Ph.D. in Economics (management of knowledge-based product life cycles), from the Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Information, as well as a MS in Management and a BS from the same university.


Marina Papadopoulou

Lecturer of Finance, Banking and Financial Services

Languages: Greek, English, French, Spanish, Italian and German

Ms. Marina Papadopoulou has over 20 years of experience in the fields of financial investment, asset management, strategic planning, teaching and financial consulting. She is the owner of AGORA, a Lutry based individual financial advisory firm.

She holds a Diploma of Surveyor Engineering from the Polytechnic School of Thessaloniki in Greece. She specialized in economics applied to the environment, which she researched at the EPFL Polytechnic School of Lausanne. Previously, she obtained a MA in Economics from the HEC University of Lausanne and an IAF Swiss Federal Diploma of Financial Products applied to the banking sector.

Rodrigo Saez Munoz

Professor of International Relations, Political Sciences and History

Dr. C. Rodrigo Sáez Muñoz has many years of experience in the private sector, principally in the television industry (production and distribution) including more than a decade as producer and three years as General Manager. As producer, he established contact with diplomatic and cultural representatives of select countries to obtain financial and political support for filming projects. He also led four international production teams that travelled around the world filming segments for a documentary news magazine. As General Manager, he oversaw day-to-day operations (personnel, contracts and finances) and represented company interests with leading international production companies (A&E Networks, National Geographic).

He is currently a Research Associate of the Pierre Du Bois Foundation and is co-editor of the annual academic magazine of the Swiss Society of Americanists, which focuses this year on Chile. His main interests are in best practices, sustainable development, conflict resolution and conservation of natural resources (he has written on water rights and water resource management, and development of non-conventional renewable energy sources) and has related these issues to history, international politics & accords, and human rights.

Dr. Sáez Muñoz holds a Ph.D. in International Studies: Specialization in International History and Politics (thesis defense: summa cum laude) from the Graduate Institute of International Studies and Development -Geneva where he held multiple year Pierre Du Bois Scholarships. He also has a Master of Arts in International Relations (with Merit) from the University of Kent-Canterbury (U.K.) and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the State University of New York (U.S.A.).


Dr. Barbara Stuckey

Professor of Political Economy, Social Psychology and Methodology

Dr. Barbara Stuckey has close to 30 years of experience in various positions, she worked, among other places, at the Berufsbegleitendes Lehrerseminar der Rudolf Steiner-Schule in Zurich, as well as in different academic institutions in California, USA. She also was a lecturer at the African Institute for Economic Development and Planning (Dakar, Senegal) and served as an adviser and lecturer at the University of Basel and the University of Economics in Vienna.

Her extensive experiences in research and academics have brought her to involvement in the Swiss National Science Foundation. She also has participated in projects with the World Economic Forum (San Francisco) and the World Bank (Washington DC), as well as with Delphi International in London, UK, as President of this research company that specializes in the financing of environmental innovation.

In the field of research, she has been involved in publishing articles related to the globalization of Swiss industry, as well as questions of inequalities among different regions within Switzerland.

Dr. Stuckey holds a Ph.D. in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of California, Los Angeles, a MA in Urban Planning from the same university, and a BA in Urban Studies from University of California, Berkeley, USA.


Roberto Zanni

Mr. Roberto Zanni is a senior international executive with over 30 years of experience working for leading FMCGs such as Japan Tobacco International, Jacob Suchard, Unilever, Kraft General Foods and for several medium-sized subsidiaries.

Mr. Zanni is now working as a professor across several international universities and is the founder of Zanni & Partners- The Management House: a top consultancy boutique that provides tailored managerial consulting.

Throughout his accomplished career, Mr. Zanni obtained outstanding results due to his enthusiastic and decisive leadership, with a focus on developing and articulating a long-term vision, and driving first-rate company performance.

Mr. Zanni was born in 1953 in Italy, and studied at the Bocconi School of Management where he received a Master’s in Economics as well as an MBA. After graduation, he began his successful career in brand building and strategic management at Kraft General Food in 1978.

Giuseppe Conti is the founder of CABL (www.cabl.ch) , a firm that offers a range of customized training in the field of negotiation and influencing.

Since 2006, he is an award-winning lecturer at leading business schools throughout Europe (Cambridge, ESADE, HEC Lausanne, HEC Paris, IESE, IMD, Imperial College, INSEAD, London Business School, Oxford, RSM, SDA Bocconi, University of Geneva, and University of St. Gallen), recognized for his lively and interactive training workshops.

He runs negotiation workshops in four continents. Corporate leaders from multinational corporations and individuals from over 90 different countries have attended his workshops.

Giuseppe is an accomplished negotiator and integrates into his training  over 25 years of executive-level experience at Blue Chip corporations (Procter & Gamble, Novartis, Firmenich, Merck).

His recent research and articles have focused on negotiating with no alternatives, influencing in healthcare, gender differences in negotiation, managing internal and external negotiations, dealing with difficult people, and cross cultural negotiations.

Mariani Alba

Mariani Alba

Mariana Alba was educated in Buenos Aires (Pontifical Catholic University of Buenos Aires) and Madrid (Universidad Complutense), where she earned her Ph.D. in Communication Sciences.

She is a professional with 20+ years of experience as a public relations officer in private business and international organizations in Argentina, Spain, Canada and Switzerland. During the last five years, in parallel with her responsibilities in academic programs in Marketing and Communication, she has dedicated herself to knowledge management and the execution of several projects related to corporate social responsivity, sustainability and social impact.

Her passion now lies in economic development and social progress through joint management with private business and non-governmental organizations (NGOs). Her academic and professional experiences enable her to continue working on projects related to knowledge transmission, and to facilitate in-class and online educational projects.

Dr. Sean Jasso

International Political Economy

Dr. Sean Jasso worked for several years in the hospitality and healthcare industries, he combines his training in service, leadership, and politics into his own consulting practice serving local and national government agencies as well as various global entrepreneurial organizations.

He delivers seminars, workshops, and speeches on the global economy, public policy, and leadership. His objective in teaching, research, and consulting has always been to build a transdisciplinary approach of applying political and management theories and applications to help organizations and individuals reach their potential in what he calls The New Corporation.

Dr. Jasso holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in literature from UCLA, a master of business administration from Pepperdine University, and a master of public policy and Ph.D. in political economy from Claremont Graduate University. He writes, teaches, and consults in the areas of political economy, public policy, strategic management, and business ethics.


Dr. Stuart Kewley

Senior Lecturer Market Access and Globalisation Strategies

Dr. Stuart Kewley is the founder and CEO of the Eurasia Consortium, a globally focused group of companies headquartered in Oxford with offices in Malaysia, China and business interests in the US, China, Kenya, Brazil, Russia and Vietnam. With a PhD from Cambridge, Dr. Kewley began his career in academia and was a Director of Studies at the University of Oxford as well as a fellow of Kellogg College, Oxford. In 2009, he founded The Eurasia Consortium. The Consortium’s companies’ core competencies lie in the area of strategic innovation, market access strategies, business development (start-ups to scaling); and Continuing Professional Development.

In 2010, Dr. Kewley created Eurasia Educational Dynamics Ltd one of the Consortium’s companies tasked with delivery of its Continual Professional and Leadership Development business. This division is one the group’s most profitable. In 2012, Dr. Kewley opened The Eurasia Consortium Malaysia (TECM) Sdn Bhd, a regional head office for South East Asia. A year later this division secured a significant contract from the Malaysian government in assisting Malaysian SMEs to globalize their business. Between 2014-2015, the group’s consultancy business expanded supporting its clients in key overseas markets. The Eurasia Consortium is currently assisting Russian clients in the Vietnam, Malaysian, Hong Kong and Brazilian markets, Malaysian clients in the US and Chinese markets, Brazilian clients in the UK, European and Russian markets. As a result, the group’s turnover increased by over 30% year on year. The Eurasia Consortium also took an investment position in two of its clients and in 2015, it was shortlisted for the Queen’s Award in international business.

In 2018, Dr. Kewley undertook a strategic reorganization of the group and opened an office in Shanghai as well as undertaking a JV with a Saigon based partner.

He was awarded the HRD Asia 2018 Movers and Shakers award presented to him in Saigon Vietnam. He is also UBIS’ Business Development Director, South East Asia.

Dr. Kewley has a BA (hons) from McMaster University, an MSc from the Queen’s University of Belfast, and a MPhil (partial distinction) and PhD (International Political Economy) from the University of Cambridge.


Kubi Springer

Senior Lecturer International Marketing and International Business

Ms. Kubi Springer is an award-winning International Brand Consultant and Trainer with 23 years experience in brand marketing. Starting her career in 1996 she has worked with some of the biggest brands in the world including Nike, L’Oreal, Blackberry, MTV, Rio Ferdinand, Diddy, Justin Timberlake, Rolls Royce Motor Cars and Aston Martin.

Since 2010, Ms. Springer has used her branding expertise to support equality in the workplace and global brand diversity.

Her consultancy projects enable organisations to better connect with stakeholders from around the world. Giving them the tools to adapt and sale to diverse audiences across cultural, gender and ethnic backgrounds. Resulting in external brand promotions and internal brand communications that connect with global audiences. Her brand training assists intrepreneurs and entrepreneurs to develop their personal brand leadership skills, resulting in them being better brand ambassadors, for the organisations they serve.

Ms. Springer has taught brand marketing in London, New York, Shanghai, Dubai, Kuala Lumpur, Istanbul, Accra Ghana, Mauritius, Marbella Spain and Morocco, with clients such as Facebook, NatWest Bank, Deloitte, Santander, Jamaica National Bank, New York University, London College of Fashion and Oxford University.

In 2018 Ms. Springer won the BWB ‘Best Entrepreneur of the Year’ Award and she became a regular contributor for BBC Radio 5 ‘Business Hour’. In 2019 she secured a book deal with Bloomsbury Publishers (same publishers as J.K Rowling – Harry Potter). Her forthcoming book ‘I AM MY BRAND’ is due for release on 3rd October 2019.

She holds an MA in Marketing and Branding from Royal Holloway, University of London.




Elias N. Ashkar

Adjunct Lecturer in Management

Mr. Elias Ashkar has been Regional Chief Executive Officer of Middle East & North Africa of Saatchi & Saatchi PLC since November 2008.

Mr. Ashkar began his career with Procter & Gamble before taking on a global marketing role with Mattel, based in Los Angeles. He then came to the Middle East to run JWT/TMI for six years in charge of Saudi Arabia, in addition to other broader regional responsibilities. In 1990, he moved to Pepsi Cola International as Vice President, In Charge of Marketing and Business Development across the Middle East and Africa. He subsequently joined Coca-Cola Company, spending eleven years running its businesses across a range of countries including Iran, Tunisia, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the countries of Central Asia, Ukraine and Belarus. Following that, he spent three years as Vice President with Indevco Group in Lebanon before setting up his own consultancy business.

Mr. Ashkar graduated from the University of California in Los Angeles with a BA, and completed his an MBA at the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona.


Bruno Ciroussel

Lecturer in Business

Mr. Bruno Ciroussel is Engineer ETH and lead auditor ISAS. He taught Safety and Human Factors at ILCE (Institute of Economic fight against crime in Switzerland). He taught Strategic Decisions at HEG -Geneva. He is the author of the “Concepts of Business Investigation” (performance management and risk).

Since 2002, he has been leading the company Business Investigation, a Swiss company publishing solutions in business investigations, active in Switzerland and abroad.


Michel-Eric Ehrlich

Lecturer in International Trade

Languages: Fluent in English and French

Mr. Michel-Eric Ehrlich is an expert in international trade, currently managing international key accounts at Alpvision (digital technology against counterfeiting).

Michel Eric has 25 years of operational experience in SMEs and large groups as Export Manager and then as Export Director and member of the Executive Committee; this was followed by 5 years as Consultant and Associate Professor. He teaches in English and French and was awarded the Federal Certificate of Competence for Adult Education (ECTS 13.5) by the SVEB.

Mr. Ehrlich has occupied director-level sales and export roles in a number of international corporations. In 2008 he founded Deficom, which contributes to the sales and international development of industrial and distribution companies through training and concrete actions of international development.

His experience spans a variety of industries such as digital technology, retail, manufacturing, electronics and cosmetics.


Andre-Jean Martinez

Lecturer in Organizational Behavior and Marketing/Sales Management

Mr. Andre-Jean Martinez is the former President of Nestlé branches in France, Switzerland and Romania, and was then Training Director for Sales and Marketing Talents in Vevey (CH). He has also served as a Franchise Director for PepsiCo in Belgium and France with some expatriation to the New York head office. Before this, he was the Head of Wholesales for Kronenbourg (Danone Group).

After a long private sector professional career, Mr. Martinez founded his own Advisory Cabinet (2005) and is a Senior Consultant for his former employers.

He holds a Master in Management from HEC Paris (France) and a BSc. in Economics from Sorbonne (Paris).


David Vivas Eugui

Mr. David Vivas Eugui is an international expert with many years of experience on legal and economic issues. He possess strong managerial, leadership and negotiations skills and more than 10 years of experience in strategic planning, programmatic design, implementation, team building, fundraising and setting of impact assessment systems.

He has worked as an advisor and consultant for various institutions, international and national organizations such as WTO, WHO, UNCTAD, WIPO, IDLO, European Patent Office, GIZ, South Centre, ACP Group of Countries, ACP MTS, Enabling Environments, CUTS International, Saana Consulting, QUNO, Rockefeller Foundation, AITIC, Andean Finance Corporation, ALIFAR, ASINFAR, Ministry of Science and Technology of Venezuela, Universidad de los Andes in Colombia, PHBL consulting, and Tacoma S.A.

He is currently Legal Officer, at the Trade, Environment, Climate Change and Sustainable Development Branch, DITC at UNCTAD. He was also Senior Economic Affairs Officer, Trade Negotiations and Commercial Diplomacy Branch at the same organization; Deputy Programmes Director at ICTSD; Senior Attorney at CIEL; Attaché for Legal Affairs at the Mission of Venezuela to the WTO and Staff Attorney at the Venezuelan Institute of Foreign Trade.

He has a J.D. at the Universidad Católica Andres Bello, Venezuela, a L.L.M. at Georgetown University in the United States and Master degree on Transnational Business at Universidad Externado, Colombia. Constant participation in academic activities have been carried out at Strasbourg University, WIPO DL Academy (Geneva), University of Business and International Studies (Geneva), Universidad de Buenos AiresUniversidad Javeriana (Colombia), and Universidad Católica del Peru.


Alain Haut

Adjunct Lecturer in Human Resources and International Business

Mr. Alain Haut is an international executive with broad-based human resources management experience (including at Corporate Executive Committee Officer level). He is an expert in performance improvement, leadership acquisition and development, change facilitation, human resources management. He is the Founder of Oplc sarl – consulting.

In the past, he served as an Executive Vice-President for Corporate Human Resources at IPSEN, an international specialist pharmaceutical company. He is also the former Vice-President of Global Human Resources and Administration Covance Corporation, the largest clinical research organization in the world.

Over the course of his professional career, he has had executive roles in a number of international corporations, spanning biotechnology, automotive and mobile communications.


Daniel Michel Judkiewicz

Lecturer in Strategy

Over almost 40 years of his career, Mr. Michel Judkiewicz has always combined his scientific and technical training with business issues, whether operational or strategic.

Mr. Judkiewicz has developed his own independent consulting practice in business development, prospective strategy, coaching, mediation, complex projects, crisis and change management, technology transfer; he is also engaged in teaching activities. Most of his activity is devoted to B2B, over 3 continents (Asia, Europe, North America).

In addition, Mr. Judkiewicz has served as operational advisor to the Rector of the Université Libre de Bruxelles. He is a member of the board of Certech (a University of Louvain research center for chemicals), interim manager and member of the board of a non-profit organization active in data archiving, Directorof Strategic Planning at PROVIRON N.V. a company specializing in basic and functional chemicals (products and toll manufacturing).

He holds a MS in engineering from Université Libre de Bruxelles and a Certificate in General Management from the INSEAD– CEDEP. He has worked for 3 years in a consulting engineers company (Sobemap), and he worked 6 years (3 years of which were in the USA) with Honeywell in process control. Before this, he spent 15 years with UCB (former Union Chimique Belge) in R&D, production, sales, strategic marketing, IT, business development, strategic planning and general management.


Frank NG

Lecturer of Business Management

Manh Hien Nguyen, alias Frank Ng, owns a special ability to attract others. He has been a journalist for twelve years, has worked as an interpreter for a foreign company and another fourteen years has served in the field of corporate training and consulting. He has traveled many places, read many books and consequently, has extensive knowledge and a rich experience in both business and life.

He desires to bring his skills, overall understanding and enthusiasm in helping Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) increase their competitiveness when joining global value chain.

Frank Ng holds an MBA degree from the University of Business and International Studies (Switzerland), and a Bachelor degree in Literature from the University of Ho Chi Minh (Vietnam). In order to devote more to the businessmen community, he recently is pursuing a DBA and is planning to graduate in 2020.


Thanh Nhan Nguyen

Lecturer of Web Strategy, Market Research Methodology, Entrepreneurship and Organizational Communication

Languages: Vietnamese native, fluent in English, conversant in Chinese (Mandarin), basic French and Japanese.

Mr. Thanh Nhan Nguyen is an experienced training manager and an innovative online learning practitioner. He has been working at Prudential as a Regional Training Manager and Business Development Manager. He is also an entrepreneur and a language enthusiast. He is the founder and owner of an online learning platform (www.nhanschool.edu.vn) and an English resources center for adult learners in Vietnam (www.yeuanhvan.com).

Applying information technology and the art of training and business management in enhancing the efficiency of sales performance, customer service, and manpower development has always been his life-time passion and aspiration.

He holds an MBA degree (Magna Cum Laude) from University of Business and International Studies (Switzerland), as well as a B.A. degree in Education from University of Pedagogy (Vietnam). He has also obtained an Advanced Diploma in Web development and Graphic Design from Aptech (India). He is a certified trainer of DECP (The Netherlands) and has been training Negotiation Strategies in Labor Relation since 2012.


Giuliana Renga


Languages: Fluent in English, French, Portuguese, Arabic and Italian

Ms. Giuliana Renga is a multilingual professional specializing in the teaching of French, Portuguese, Arabic and Italian languages.

She has worked for the World Food Programme of the United Nations and for the Department of Public Instruction of Geneva as a teacher at the primary school level. She has long-standing experience as a photographer and reporter.

Well traveled, Ms. Renga has a strong interest in multicultural environments, photography and teaching in order to share her passion for languages and different cultures.

Ms. Renga holds a Master’s degree from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (IHEID) in Contemporary Studies of the Arab and Muslim world, and she also has a Master in Humanities from the University of Geneva.


Le Van Tien Si

Lecturer of Project Management

Languages: Fluent in Vietnamese and English

Mr. Le Van Tien Si is currently Vice President of International Business Management Institution (IBMI) in which he is in charge of developing short-term training course business nationwide. He has more than 18 years of experience working in the software outsourcing and education industries.

His expertise is in general management, business development, project management, process improvement, training and development. Especially in project management experience, he has been directly managing more than 20 projects for various key customers in the US, Europe, Japan, India, and Vietnam.

Mr. Si Le holds an MBA degree, and is PMP and TESOL certified.


Dr. Pham Quang Vinh

Dr. Pham Quang Vinh has been working as a professor and coach for a number of years, teaching subjects such as Marketing, Strategy Management, and Entrepreneurship.

Moreover, he has over 18 years of experience working in Insurance and more than 6 years of experience in the fields of education, training, and corporate business consulting. Currently, he is a lecturer at UBIS University – Switzerland.

Mr. Franck Berthod is a global entrepreneur and an accomplished leader with over 25 years of experience in international executive positions and an extensive background in 50 countries. He created an organization and an ecosystem doing business in Africa, Middle East and Europe (ALTEO).

Mr. Bertod is an international global expert in Strategy, Business Development and Corporate Restructuring, working in West Africa (living in Abidjan), GCC (from Dubai) and Europe (from Paris) as Member of the Board, Special Advisor, Business Coach or Mentor. He is involved in Corporate Finance and M&A deals, and advise both Public & Private Sector. Former GRET Special Representative in Côte d’Ivoire for Media Landscape development post-crisis with European Union, he started as Group Chairman & Group CEO the regional building material leader TISA from 2012 to 2014 (TOLE IVOIRE, CSTM SAFOR, TOLMALI). With ALTEO, Franck is joining Cellempower Inc., a leader of wireless technologies in GCC as Sr Group Vice-President Finance & Investment, to support FakexappTM, a new solution to fight counterfeiting.

French and Ivorian with Spanish and Swiss origins, he obtained his Master Degree in Finance and Marketing (IFAG Lyon) and is certified in the areas of business coaching, cross cultural relations and psychology of management.
