Executive Doctorate of Business Administration
The Executive Doctorate of Business Administration (E-DBA) degree was developed to meet the demands of experienced business executives and industry leaders, while challenging you to create new knowledge that transforms the world of business. The UBIS E-DBA leverages seminar-based learning to provide a broad theoretical perspective of current business issues as well as a strong foundation in applied research and analysis, and highly flexible, supportive and immersive dissertation track.
The E-DBA is extremely well structured yet highly flexible. Delivered with the demands and experiences of business executives in mind. While the standard DBA takes on a more traditional lecture-based core curriculum structure, the Executive DBA provides candidates a unique opportunity to become immersed in that same important developmental core curriculum via interactive seminars. This seminar-based approach is designed to help executives discover, define and find the type of learning and support unique to their professional, academic, and focused dissertation topic.
To qualify for the E-DBA, candidates should have at least 15 years of professional business experience in senior level management and leadership roles. Candidates with at least 7 years professional experience and an undergraduate degree in a business-related will also be considered. Candidates will be required to submit a letter of recommendation.

At UBIS, every selected student will receive rigorous and tailor-made coaching by our doctoral faculty. The program can cover traditional research topics in fields such as management, finance, marketing, organizational behavior, as well as non-traditional topics depending on students’ needs. Virtually all topics are accepted as long as the research is connected to management.
Each module will contribute to the research for your Dissertation. Moreover, our very practical EDBA is based on skills rather than merely research like other Doctorate programs. We will also help you perfect your public speaking abilities which we know is very important for any professional career.
